One of most important question for most company is migrate our data to cloud. Yes, cloud is the future of internet, but beware not only about marketing bullshit about all clouds.
Here is some of problems.
Sales say: if we move you data to cloud, you dont need local support. Its a cost benefits.
reality: OK, we dismiss all administrators. After that, user report problem to first level support. "I can't logon to my account.". Support report this problem to cloud support center and what next ? cloud is working and SLA can't by apply... only one user can't logon.. it's not cloud problem ? who can solve it and when??
